VisaPacks is a product of Apna Abroad, operated by Apna Abroad ("Apna Abroad," "we," "us," or "our"). Apna Abroad is the seller of every package sold through VisaPacks and is the contracting party for your purchase - when you buy a package, you are entering into an agreement with Apna Abroad, not with any third party.

By visiting VisaPacks or buying a package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or make a purchase.

VisaPacks sells digital self-help visa document packs - checklists, guides, templates, and similar reference material - to help you prepare and submit your own visa application. Every package is built for applicants who intend to file their own application themselves.

We do not file applications on your behalf, submit anything to an embassy or consulate for you, or act as your representative in any visa process. You remain responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting your own application.

VisaPacks and Apna Abroad are not a government agency, embassy, or consulate, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, embassy, or consulate of any country.

We are not a law firm and we are not a licensed immigration consultant or attorney. Nothing on VisaPacks, and nothing in any package you purchase, is legal advice or immigration advice. If you need advice specific to your situation, please consult a qualified immigration lawyer or authorized consultant.

Visa decisions are made entirely by the relevant government, embassy, or consulate, based on criteria and discretion that are outside our control. Buying a package, or following the guidance in it, does not guarantee that your visa will be approved, that it will be processed within any particular time, or that any specific outcome will occur.

Visa fees, document requirements, forms, and procedures are set by individual governments and change over time, sometimes without notice. We make a reasonable effort to keep our content accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail in a package reflects the current official requirements at the moment you use it.

Before you rely on anything in a VisaPacks package, please verify the current fees, forms, and requirements directly on the relevant government's or embassy's official website. You are responsible for confirming that the information you act on is up to date.

All prices on VisaPacks are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; VisaPacks and Apna Abroad do not collect or store your card or UPI details - see our Privacy Policy for details.

VisaPacks packages are digital products. Once your payment is successfully confirmed, the documents included in your package become available to view and download directly on your order page. No physical item is shipped to you.

A package you purchase is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use in preparing your own visa application. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or otherwise make available any document from a package to any other person or organization, whether for payment or free of charge.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apna Abroad's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of VisaPacks or a package you purchased is limited to the amount you actually paid for that package.

Apna Abroad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including (without limitation) a visa refusal, a delay in processing, missed travel plans, or any loss arising from your own errors in preparing or submitting your application. VisaPacks is provided as reference material only, and you remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your own application.

Refunds are available only in the limited circumstances described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect a change in our packages or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use VisaPacks after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
